Fix common problems
Try these quick fixes if something is not working in ePlatform.
Login problems
I can’t log in ▾
Check that you are using the correct school link and login option.
If it still does not work, ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member for help.
I forgot my username or password ▾
Ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member. Your school manages your login details.
I can’t find my school ▾
Use the link your school gave you. If you are not sure which link to use, ask your teacher or librarian.
Borrowing and finding books
I borrowed a book but can’t find it ▾
Go to your Loans page and look for the book there.
If you still cannot find it, check that you are logged in with the correct school account.
The book I want is not available ▾
The book may already be borrowed by someone else. You may be able to reserve it and borrow it when it becomes available.
I can’t borrow another book ▾
Your school may have borrowing limits. You may need to return a book or wait for one to expire before borrowing another one.
Reading and listening problems
My eBook is hard to read ▾
Try changing the text size, font, spacing, or background colour to make reading easier.
My eBook will not open ▾
Check that the eBook is still in your loans.
Try refreshing the page, closing and reopening the app or browser, or restarting your device.
My Audiobook will not play ▾
Check your internet connection and try refreshing the page.
If it still will not play, ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member for help.
Page or loading problems
The page is not loading ▾
Check your internet connection, refresh the page, or try again later.
You can also close the app or browser completely, then reopen it.
I still need help ▾
Ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member. They can help you with your school account and ePlatform access.
