This short video shows you how to log in and start using ePlatform.

Quick steps

Step 1
Go to your school’s ePlatform link.

Step 2
Choose the login option your school uses.

Step 3
Enter your school login details, or scan your QR code if your school uses QR sign-in.

Step 4
Once you are logged in, you can start browsing, reading, or listening.

Options for Logging In

Click the drop-down boxes to learn more about different ways to sign in.

Sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO) ▾

If your school uses Single Sign-On, select the SSO option and sign in with your normal school account.

If SSO does not work, check that you are using the correct school account. If you still cannot sign in, ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member for help.

Sign in with username ▾

If your school gives you a username and password, select the username sign-in option and enter the details your school provided.

If you do not know your username or password, ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member.

Sign in with QR code ▾

If your school uses QR code sign-in, select the QR code option and follow the instructions on screen.

Your teacher or librarian can help if you do not have your QR code or if it does not scan correctly.

Common problems

I don’t know my username or password

Ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member. Your school manages your login details.

My login is not working

Check that you are using the correct school link and login option. If it still does not work, ask your teacher, librarian, or school staff member for help.

I cannot find my school

Use the link your school gave you. If you are not sure which link to use, ask your teacher or librarian.
